Our team consists of specialists in different fields, but the first person you will meet at the beginning of a fruitful cooperation with webnauts, most likely, will be Mykyta.
Mykyta has been in sales for 10 years.
— for 8 years, a trainer in training at «ALLO»
— 1 year as a project manager at «CCG Development»;
— 1 year regional manager in «KIVI».
Mykyta has been with the Webnauts team for almost a year. He is happy to break templates and prove that sales in IT is not boring. It is responsible. It gives new opportunities and development in the profession, new experience and knowledge, and also a lot of cool acquaintances and interesting communication.
We don’t know who else, if not Mykyta, can do it so well:
— partner search;
— lead and supervise projects;
— launch new business;
— to deal with the strategic development of the company;
- transfer the site-catalog of the real estate agency to the popular WordPress platform, while keeping the corporate design;
- implement multilingualism and basic SEO optimization;
- fill web pages with clear and compelling articles about the company and its services.
Did we manage to adequately present the agency on the Internet? We are telling you what we did step by step.
Website navigation
First screen
The company's website is designed in a minimalistic style in three colors — blue, white and turquoise. The main page greets us with a thematic photo cover and headline, a laconic header and a filter bar, as well as a list of related company services. In words, the first screen seems a bit cluttered, but in reality it looks very light, neat and presentable:
Search filter
Special attention should be paid to the horizontal filter with the CTA-button «Search», which makes it easy to sort real estate for purchase / rent by type, location (country / city) and price.
Users can go to a more advanced search and filter objects by additional criteria: location radius, number of rooms, profitability, minimum and maximum area and cost. And the found options, in turn, can be sorted by recommendations, price (from low to high) and date (from new to old):
https://wnauts.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/11/gt-real-estate-gmbh-site-development-with-property-search-filter.mp4An interesting feature: if you hover over one of the found objects, it is displayed on the map on the left:
https://wnauts.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/11/gt-real-estate-gmbh-search-filter-on-site-real-estate-agency.mp4Services
I must say that GT Real Estate GmbH is proud of its exclusive range of services, so this section is on the first screen, immediately indicating the high professionalism of the company. By the way, all services are described in a concise, meaningful and accessible manner by our copywriter:
https://wnauts.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/11/gt-real-estate-gmbh-real-estate-company-website-services-page.gif.mp4Real estate
Scrolling down, we see a well-structured and visually appealing block with 2 types of properties in the form of photo cards. If the user did not start looking for their dream home at the very beginning, the choice of a residential or commercial property can begin with this section:
Blog
«News and Articles» is an important section in terms of SEO-promotion. It also has a block structure with cards containing a cover photo, title, and heading. By filling blog pages with useful and SEO-optimized articles, you can achieve impressive results and gradually bring your site to high positions in Google search results.
The most relevant objects are collected in a separate block of the same name in the form of a compact circular photo gallery with important information: price, title, address and area. And the «buy / rent» labels in the upper right corner of each card makes it clear to the user whether the object is for sale or for rent.
Also, each card has the function of listing, previewing and adding an object to favorites. This is a very convenient and fast technique that saves the user from having to move from page to page:
https://wnauts.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/11/gt-real-estate-gmbh-development-circular-photo-gallery-on-site-wordpress.gif.mp4The site footer has a dark blue background and contains the usual company contacts and user agreement:
Functionality and technical realization
As we have already said, the basis for the site was the easy-to-manage WordPress platform. The unique design was not a key requirement of the client, so we settled on a ready-made solution within the platform — Houzez, which is a special theme for placing real estate ads:
At the request of the client, we have hidden the possibility of placing ads from unregistered users on the site. To do this, sellers and tenants can contact the agency through the application form:
At the same time, we have provided site administrators with the simplest process of placing ads due to a convenient control panel:
Multilinguality of the website
The main and most labor-intensive task of the project was the implementation of multilingualism. We abandoned automatic Google Translate translation and translated the site into 5 languages using the PolyLang plugin, customizing it a bit using the PHP programming language:
The plugin perfectly integrates into the admin panel interface and duplicates all content in German, English, Polish, Ukrainian and Russian:
When all pages are translated and published, the user can only switch the language in the site header in the usual way:
After translating the content, we took care of multilingual SEO and performed basic internal optimization, as a result of which the site was open for search and successfully indexed by Google robots.
Text content of the pages
When the interface has made a first impression, the user is ready to get acquainted with the content — capacious and concise, understandable and structured. Our copywriter worked on the text content of the site, presenting complex information in a simple and understandable language:
https://wnauts.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/11/gt-real-estate-gmbh-text-filling-site-pages-copywriting.mp4The result
The team of developers, copywriters and Seo-specialists of Webnauts did everything so that after the development the website of the real estate agency not only looked elegant and professional, but also inspired absolute confidence and reliability, and in 5 languages of the world. If you look at the site through the eyes of an administrator, you will see a convenient and understandable control panel that allows you to easily edit information, create pages and place real estate ads without the help of a developer.

About the project and task
Customer: Krivyi Rig company Ideal Energy, which sells, installs and maintains solar power plants (SPP), as well as solar panels of various formats. At the time of contacting Webnauts, our customer was not represented on the Internet. However, not having a website is not a reason for not making yourself known. Social networks do an excellent job with this task, and our SMM super team makes it happen.
Promotion goal: to create an online brand from scratch and get the first applications.
Platforms: Instagram and Facebook.
Geography: Dnipropetrovsk and Kirovograd regions, Ukraine.
Duration of cooperation: 2 months.
Analysis and strategy
Before you can build a successful solar/panel social media (SMM) strategy, you need to research your competitors. Based on analytical services and our own observations, we found out what kind of content users want. And then we analyzed the users themselves in order to accurately determine the tone of voice — the style of future communication.
So, our target audience is women and men aged 27-55 with an average income who can afford the installation of solar power plants at home, and businessmen who want to provide their business with uninterrupted and cheap electricity.
Based on a detailed analysis, we have built a clear task plan to achieve the main goal - to launch a business in social networks and attract the first customers.
Corporate style
Webnauts designers have developed a corporate style: logo, fonts and colors. This is the minimum that allows a small business to move into the category of a recognizable brand.
Designers have developed a unified style and options for generating a grid of publications, as well as prepared templates and graphic elements for individual headings:
Profile packaging
While branded layouts were being developed, the SMM specialist was busy with the packaging of profiles:
- designed the page header on Instagram and filled in the basic information about the company on Facebook,
- introduced a branded hashtag #idealenergy_ua and selected relevant hashtags for organic page promotion.
When the layouts were ready, the SMM manager updated the avatars, installed the covers, and designed the actual stories according to the corporate style:
Content plan and tone of voice
Competitive analysis helped determine suitable topics and develop a content plan for posts and stories by category. We alternated acquaintance with services and products, answers to frequently asked questions and customer reviews with useful and interesting information (news, life hacks, facts and quotes).
All posts and stories are designed in a single visual style and match the tone of voice. Thus, a friendly and at the same time businesslike and discreet style of communication is reflected in soothing colors, serious Gothic fonts and high-quality images, which emphasize the innovative spirit of the company:
The formal and respectful tone of the brand can also be seen in the texts: descriptions, publications, stories, comments and private messages. So, we politely address readers, use special terms (the key one is solar power plant) and call for the generation of clean electricity.
Setting up advertising tools
When the profile is properly packaged and filled with visually appealing and useful content, all that is left to do is to set up advertising tools. This is a rather important stage before launching targeted advertising, which requires a clear algorithm of actions:
- creating a Meta Business Manager account,
- creating an advertising account with a link to a bank card,
- changing your Instagram account to professional and connecting it to Meta Business Manager.
When all the tools are set up and accounts are combined into one business system, you can open Ads Manager and create advertising campaigns.
Launch of targeted advertising
Our collaboration with Ideal Energy involved launching one social media campaign for solar panel / power plant sales that would show the client the possibilities of paid promotion on Instagram and Facebook. Designers worked on the creatives for the campaign, everything else is the work of an SMM specialist, namely writing advertising texts and technical settings:
Target action: send a message
Destination: Instagram Direct and Facebook Messenger
Audience: men and women aged 30-47 living in Dnepropetrovsk and Kirovograd regions
TA Interests: energy efficiency, power industry, energy, SunPower, alternative energy, power distribution, power generation, renewable energy, solar battery, solar power system, solar power, solar power plant, power transmission, electricity, power grid, real estate, agriculture household, farm, home, home improvement, building materials, major repairs, heating, engineering, small and medium businesses
Ads format: universal posts with CTA button
Number of ads: 6 (3 for each platform)
Show duration: 11 days
Budget: $21
Result: 20 messages
Summary
It took us only 2 months to create an online brand from scratch, get the first requests and thus prove the effectiveness of SMM in promoting the business of selling and installing solar panels and power plants. We paved the way for self-promotion of the company on Instagram and Facebook: we thought out a strategy, developed a corporate style, packaged pages, set up advertising tools and ran an effective advertising campaign. Through organic promotion, we gained 160 subscribers, and the targeting efficiency was 20 applications with a minimum budget of $21 (or $1.05 per lead).
In the spring of 2022, we took part in the implementation of a startup by DiDiDo, a Kyiv-based network of gas stations, to create a mobile application for the delivery of diesel in bulk. The product is unique and has no analogs in Ukraine so far. All we had at the beginning was the customer's idea and logo. Therefore, we were tasked with developing an iOS and Android application for fuel consumers from scratch and preparing the product for release.
As part of this project, we also created an application for fuel truck drivers, which we describe separately in this case study:
Android mobile application for DiDiDo drivers
- The objectives
- UX / UI design of the application
- iOS application development
- Android application development
- The result
The objectives
The startup's goal is to create mobile applications that allow you to quickly and conveniently order diesel delivery in Kyiv and Kyiv region. To achieve this goal, we needed to:
- Create the interface design and clear application logic.
- Implement the application for iPhone and Android users.
- Integrate services for customer identification.
- Set up a cashless payment function.
- Implement the ability to automatically generate documents.
- Test and upload applications to marketplaces.
UX/UI design of the application
The web designer, together with the UX writer and project manager, thought through the ordering mechanics and designed pages at different stages of user interaction.
Registration / Authorization
After downloading the application from Google Play or the App Store, the user is greeted with a registration or authorization screen with password recovery functions:
Registration is possible in three scenarios, depending on the status of the client:
- natural person,
- individual entrepreneur,
- legal entity.
This is due to the rules for making cashless payments, which affects the form, content, and list of invoices that are automatically generated by the application after each order (waybill, expense note, and excise note). It should be noted that before each trip to the refueling point, the driver must print out the waybill generated on the basis of the customer's request. In addition, the customer enters into contracts with individual entrepreneurs and legal entities. Of course, we have taken all these subtleties into account in the development of applications.
1) Registration of an individual involves registration with an individual tax number. This information is required to identify the client and generate a delivery note and invoice. We are currently awaiting permission to implement the BankID technology, which will further facilitate the registration and authorization process and free users from the need to manually enter their tax number.
For individuals, payments are made using a personal bank card.
2) Registration of an individual entrepreneur, in addition to the tax number, requires additional information: the name of the bank and the IBAN account number. This is required for the automatic generation of a contract, a waybill, an expense note, and an excise note. The client is identified through the OpenData service for monitoring the registration data of Ukrainian companies.
Payment for services is made from the current account of the individual entrepreneur.
3) Registration of a legal entity also requires information about the tax number, bank name, and IBAN bank account. Again, verification is done through OpenData. By integrating this technology, we made it easier for the client to fill out the already long registration form, because when entering the EDRPOU (register code), the name, address of the company and the name of the head are automatically pulled up. After filling out the form, the application automatically generates the necessary list of documents (contract and invoices) for each order.
Legal entities pay for fuel delivery from their current business account.
We take care of the protection of users' personal data, so each stage of registration involves verification of the client's email, mobile, and tax number through a special confirmation code:
The user profile is quite minimalistic and contains several sections: "Profile", "Personal account", "Order archive", and "Instructions". Despite the fact that the application is automated, it has a "Support Service" and a "Call Us" function:
Making an application
You can order fuel in 2 ways: delivery or pickup.
Delivery
The service provides for the delivery of fuel within Kyiv and Kyiv region. In addition, delivery can be scheduled for a specific day and time:
When filling out an application, the customer indicates the number of drain points and the required fuel capacity, also they can pay for the order online and leave a review.
1) Ordering:
2) Waiting for the driver:
3) Refueling process:
What's more: the app also offers the ability to enter coordinates. A convenient solution to awkward situations when the customer-driver has neither fuel nor an idea of his location:
The delivery of fuel over long distances can be solved individually through an additional request:
Pick-up
The second method of ordering fuel — pick-up — is based on the principle of placing an order and booking the nearest fuel truck on the map in real time.
1) Ordering:
2) Pickup and refueling:
iOS application development
The iOS application was created for DiDiDo gas station customers using the Swift language.
The application's functionality is designed based on the MVC architectural pattern, which consists of 3 components:
- Model — responsible for storing, updating, and deleting data;
- View — responsible for displaying this data on the user's screen;
- Controller — responsible for the program logic and communication between the other two components.
The Alamofire framework was used to send and receive data, allowing requests to be made in the background without interfering with the application.
The design was recreated with pixel accuracy using the Figma graphics programme, which ensured a high quality display of the layouts in the real application.
The user interface was developed using the UIKit framework, which contains a set of elements (icons, buttons, tables, lists, etc.) in the Apple style.
The Lottie library was used to display animations in real time. Another framework — Core Animation — helped to create a dynamic and smooth interface, optimising the process of rendering visual effects and improving user experience.
The following frameworks were also used in the development of the iOS application:
- CoreData — for storing and managing data on users' iPhones, providing convenient access to data and improving application performance in the background.
- CoreLocation — to acquire and process geospatial data in the application, i.e. to determine the exact location and monitor the movement of the user's device.
- SocketIO — for two-way, real-time communication between the browser and the server.
- PushNotification — for sending push notifications about new orders, refuelling, etc.
Google services came in handy during the development of the app:
- Maps — for geolocation of devices of users using the application;
- Firebase — for real-time push notifications.
Android application development
We used the Kotlin language to develop our applications, which is known for its cross-platform capability, i.e. the ability to run on different operating systems: Android, iOS, macOS, Windows, Linux, etc.
When designing the architecture of the Android application, we used the MVVM (Model-View-ViewModel) pattern, which, like the aforementioned MVC, divides the application into 3 functional parts. The difference is that MVVM has more flexible logic and wider possibilities for structuring the application.
The interactive user interface is created using the Jetpack Compose framework, which is compatible with Kotlin and allows you to easily change the styles and themes of the application.
The Retrofit 2 framework and the Socket.IO library provide reliable communication between the client and the server without high latency and load on the application.
The animation effects were created with the help of the Lottie library. Other libraries were also used:
- AndroidX — to improve the functionality of the application on Android devices of the latest versions;
- Coil — for downloading and caching images;
- Work Manager — for scheduling and performing tasks in case of application or device failure;
- Room — for effective interaction between the application and the database.
Payment for fuel delivery is made through the app's integration with the LiqPay service.
In addition to the already mentioned Google services Maps and Firebase, the Places API tool was also used. It greatly expands the application's ability to interact with geospatial data, allowing you to find locations by address, coordinates, or name and get additional information about them.
The result
We've talked a lot, so let's give you the chance to see the result for yourself. Or rather, two results. Download the apps from Google Play and the Apple Store and use them to your heart's content:

The Internet offers many options, but the key tool remains a promotional website. Its main purpose is not so much to sell as to attract attention and showcase the product. An effective way to do this is to make it memorable, i.e. to evoke emotions and give users an unforgettable experience. That's why all promo sites are characterised by bold design and exciting animations. We were approached by the startup BETEGY to develop such a site.
About the project and task
BETEGY is a start-up that offers a technological solution for the rapid generation of advertising banners. The uniqueness of the platform lies in the automation of this process. The recipe is as follows: Drag’n’Drop all ̶t̶h̶e̶ ̶i̶n̶g̶r̶e̶d̶i̶e̶n̶t̶s̶ the elements into a container (frame) and get a banner. Add animation to your image as you wish and adapt it to the size of different platforms and even languages in different countries with just one click.
This is how BETEGY imagines the process of creating media advertising. They had packaged their idea into a real product, and now they wanted to package this product with an impressive promotional website. The client came to Webnauts with a ready-made design, and we had to bring it to life and pull it on the WordPress CMS.
https://wnauts.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/04/development-of-a-promo-site-for-an-online-advertising-creation-service-on-wordpress.mp4Layout and animation
Technically, the site is built using HTML 5, SCSS and JS, and it is designed around the company's product, which is already creative in itself. Therefore, the design of the BETEGY interface, as it should be for any promotional website, is made to interest, entice, and engage users. The desired effect is provided by a modern presentation with elements in neon pink and blue shades, which is fully in line with the spirit of the iGaming industry.
Numerous short videos demonstrate how the marketing platform works, so the pages are not overloaded with animation. We gave the most dynamics to the Clients block, which is often and unfairly underestimated, and gave buttons and links a subtle hover effect. We implemented micro-animations, moving lines and slide transition effects with the Swiper package, and the scrolling effect with the scroll-lock library.
https://wnauts.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/04/layout-and-animation-webdeveloping-on-wordpress.mp4The Gulp web application builder helped automate the routine and speed up the development of the site, and Babel.js technology helped ensure cross-browser compatibility. This tool makes the site accessible to users of all browsers by converting code written in the new standard to the ECMAScript 2015+ version, which is compatible with older browsers.
Development on WordPress
The world's most popular WordPress platform is able to meet not only standard, but also unique business needs, including design. Thus, we have created layouts based on the client's individual design on the WordPress CMS. When we created a custom theme, we took care of convenient site management. In particular, we used the Carbon Fields library for easy content filling and editing, and the Contact Form 7 plugin for sending messages from users.
A WordPress-based startup promo site provides users with a unique experience while requiring no technical expertise on the part of the client. A custom theme makes it easy to add, edit, and delete content, and to add other features to the site in the future as the client's needs evolve.

The result
CMS WordPress became the basis for a unique design of a unique product. Airy and laconic, but at the same time meaningful and effective, the BETEGY promo site presents a platform for creating multimedia advertising. Video tutorials, animation effects, and neon colors emphasize the mood of the iGaming niche, for which the creative startup was created.
https://wnauts.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/04/promo-site-for-an-online-service-for-creating-multimedia-advertising.mp4The site is not only impressive from the outside, but also from the inside. Managing text and multimedia content is very easy thanks to the customized admin panel. WordPress is an ideal platform for vivid product presentation and attracting potential customers. Currently, the promotional website is successfully testing the appetite of bookmakers, online casinos and other online gambling companies.

It's a story about how a petrol station chain once came up with a cutting-edge service that would likely have an impact not only on business scaling but also on the entire industry. It was our team's job to implement the idea.
As part of this project, we have already developed an app for fuel delivery customers:
Mobile application for iOS and Android for diesel delivery
Today, we'll tell you how we created an app for fuel delivery drivers.
So sit back and enjoy our case study.
The objective
No more, no less: to take DiDiDo's business to a whole new level with the help of mobile technologies. Namely, including design, to develop an Android application for fuel truck drivers that would allow:
- pass authorization easily and securely,
- track and process orders quickly,
- instantly generate contracts and waybills,
- plan routes to refuelling points for clients' and colleagues' vehicles.
Interface design
The app for fuel truck drivers is currently designed for Android devices, as at the time of development there were no apple smartphone users among the petrol station chain's employees.
To start driving for DiDiDo, you need to download the app on Google Pay and go through a simple authorisation process:
There are 3 sections in the app for drivers to work efficiently: "Profile", "Fuel discharge" and "Operator", and at the end of the working day, the app automatically summarises the results in figures:
Refuelling customers' cars
New orders are received along with audible push notifications and saved under the corresponding button "Number of orders". The driver accepts the request and goes to the address, where he waits up to 20 minutes and fuels the customer's car after confirming the order via a special code:
After refuelling at one or more points, the driver must print out the documents at the delivery address and give them to the customer for signature. For individuals, this is a waybill and an expense invoice, and for individual entrepreneurs and legal entities, a contract and an excise invoice in addition. It is interesting to note that the documents are printed using a portable printer that every DiDiDo driver has, as a delivery is possible only if the waybill is physically available:
Refuelling fuel trucks of fellow drivers
It takes place in 3 scenarios depending on the meeting place:
- waiting for the fuel truck on the spot;
- going to the fuel truck;
- going to the refuelling point determined by the administrator.
Own refuelling
When the tank of the fuel truck has less than 35% and then 10% of fuel, the app notifies the driver with a push notification.
The driver is assigned to refuel at the nearest petrol station or from another fuel truck:
Android application development
The application programming is implemented in Kotlin, and its architecture is designed using the MVVM template. It allows you to organise the code and separate the visual part from the application logic thanks to three components:
- Model — the brain of the application,
- View — the visual display of data on the screen,
- ViewModel — the glue that holds the two together.
The application interface is built without the use of XML layout on the basis of the Jetpack Compose framework. The Ktor framework and the Socket.IO library, which works on the basis of real-time web sockets, are used to communicate with the server.
The Room and Proto DataStore libraries were used to store and retrieve data locally.
Additionally, we used such Android libraries as:
- Coil — for uploading images,
- Hilt — for implementing dependencies in the application,
- kotlinx-serialisation — for serialising Kotlin data into formats that can be transferred over the network or stored on devices (JSON, XML, etc.).
In addition, the app has been enhanced with Google services:
Maps — for location search, object tracking and real-time route planning.
Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) — for secure and free messaging.
The result
A convenient android application for DiDiDo drivers is already available for download on Google Play. Moreover, the employees of the petrol station chain have already made their first fuel deliveries and appreciated the simple design and rich functionality of the app. A reliable and intuitive work programme in your hand: it includes CRM, an online map, and all the necessary documents. Everything a DiDiDo driver needs on the road.
