Design and Development of Landing Pages for a Website on ModX
The objective
We were addressed by the company «AGRODOM» — оne of the leading companies in the agro-industrial complex for innovative products, plant protection products and water-soluble fertilizers. Recently, «AGRODOM» has become the official distributor of XAG and DJI, so it became necessary to add 3 pages to the company’s website in the «Agrodrones». section. The Webnauts team was given a number of tasks:
- Creation of design of 3 selling landing pages.
- Writing texts.
- Layout and uploading pages to the site.
We will consider task solving in this case.
Landing page design development
It was necessary to develop 3 pages, taking into account the original design of the site.
The site of the company «AGRODOM» was developed in 2020, so it looks minimalistic, without noisy echoes of web design of the 2000s. Nevertheless, when developing three new pages, we took into account the current trends of the last year. In general, the structure of the pages is vaguely reminiscent of the Landing Page, but without unnecessary calls to action and repetition of information.
These are harmonious information blocks illustrated with images in subdued colors, concise infographics, a sufficient amount of space between info blocks, a calm blue color for some design elements, utilitarian icons.
As for the active elements, we added a bright yellow «Contact Us» button at the end of each page and a large «Download Price-list» block button at the bottom of the «Drones Sale» pages.
Despite the variety of solutions, the overall impression does not look eclectic, it lacks excessive academicism and creates a general constructive impression.
We left the Roboto font used on other pages of the site for new texts. After that, we completed the layout of the finished pages for the site.
The result
As a result of our work, the site of the company «AGRODOM» on ModX was replenished with three selling landing pages with a modern design, readable and convincing texts, informative images and a convenient price list download button. We got an easy, understandable and presentable interface for the natural promotion of the site in the search engine and attracting new users from third-party resources.
