Website for Сoworking Webnauts Space

Not so long ago, based on the Webnauts office, a coworking Webnauts Space was opened, where anyone can rent a workplace, an office for a small team, organize a meeting, a master class and any event. For the convenience of our clients, we decided to create a co-working site separately from the main Webnauts project.

About the task

In developing the design of the coworking center website, it was necessary to adhere to the corporate style of the company.

Despite the fact that the company has a corporate style, we add something unique to each of the individual projects of Webnauts Space, Webnauts Academy and Webnauts Outstaff — we create their own design, based on the main ideas of the company's brand book as a whole. This is exactly what happened when creating this landing.

The site should convey all the necessary information and convey the atmosphere of coworking, aimed at productive work among like-minded people.

Target audience

We assumed that mostly freelancers and young entrepreneurs from the digital sphere come to coworking. Renting an office in the city is too expensive for them, and working from home is inconvenient or inefficient. We are ready to offer them a comfortable and ergonomic workspace, where there is everything they need.

Project design

We opted for a minimalistic design that leaves plenty of free space on the landing page. The modern and popular Neue Machina font was chosen, clean colors and a convenient concise interface were used.

The corporate colors of the Webnauts company are involved in the design: white, black, gray and red. The red color acts as an accent, there is very little of it on the site. This shade represents youth and dynamism. It is used for headings and prices, as well as highlighting trigger phrases in the text.

The secondary color is gray. It is neutral, used as text color. The combination of red and gray shades is moderately strict, moderately bright. For headings and text we used black color.

Website sections

We decided to make the site in the form of a landing page, where all the necessary information about coworking is located. Page navigation is carried out using anchors that move the user to the desired part of the landing page.

On the first screen, you can watch an introductory video on YouTube and get acquainted with the space. Next comes the «About the projec» block with photos of the coworking space and a small text. Here we do not overload the potential client with unnecessary information, highlighting only the most important things.

This section is followed by types of services and tariffs for each of them. Detailed information is revealed when you hover over the block, and in the mobile version it is loaded by swiping the page.

Next, after the tariffs, we placed the main advantages of coworking for a potential client. This includes a convenient location, comfortable workplaces, access to Wi-Fi and office equipment, etc. In addition, the space is equipped with places to relax, there is a coffee machine. For business meetings, you can rent a conference room.

The coworking space regularly hosts thematic events, meetings, workshops. The current schedule can also be viewed on the website. It is updated regularly.

All contact information, as well as a map are placed in the last block. It is followed by an online application form and a footer.

Like all Webnauts projects, the site is optimized for mobile devices and adapts to any screen.

Summary

During the project, a website was developed where a potential resident can view the proposed space, get acquainted with the tariffs and planned events and leave an application for booking a workplace, a meeting room, and even an office. Laconic design, user-friendly interface and everything that is important for the client.
