- the number of goods in the parcel;

- adds shipping instructions if necessary.
After the parcel is created, this information is sent to the courier in the application.
Client side
Building the optimal route
Having received a list of parcels for delivery, the courier sorts them in the right order, building a convenient route for the day. For each individual parcel, he can create a route to the recipient's address on the map. If questions remain or it is necessary to agree on the arrival time, the courier contacts the client directly from the application.

Printing receipts and proof of delivery
Upon delivery of the package, the courier creates and prints a check in the application, which contains a list of goods and the cost of their delivery. After payment and delivery of the cargo, he sets the status «Delivered» and confirms his actions with a photo of a signed check or delivered cargo.

The package is not delivered
If for some reason the courier did not deliver the package, he selects one of the statuses provided for such situations: «no recipient», «rejection after opening», «address not served» and others. If necessary, you can leave a comment in addition to the selected status.
Additional features
- An instruction for all couriers was added to the application, which describes the basic rules and contacts of the dispatcher for emergency situations.
- When the courier delivers packages, the mobile application constantly monitors his current coordinates and sends them to the server. Thus, a real route is built with reference to time, which allows you to see the load on each employee and their efficiency.
